California's state nursing board no longer approves Indiana University, therefore I have no use for The College Network modules. I have verified with local colleges, they will not accept many of the College Network modules, Chemistry, Microbiology and Anatomy and Physiology just a few, due to not having the lab portion of the course. I have sent a letter requesting a refund, and have not heard... Read more

This is definitely a rip off. The material is poorly written and does not provide enough study guidance to allow you to pass the tests. I signed up in 2010, am still paying for it and can't even access my account to get online to continue to study. They will not send me the written material that I paid for. I am very disappointed. They did not tell me there were other fees involved for excelsior... Read more

I signed up with College Network. When I tried to get out of it I was told I needed someone to transfer the account to. I did get someone, then was further told it had to be a family member living in my household. I further did research on the College and realized they are a scam. Which college do you attend and even part of your tuition fee cannot be given back. They lie telling you they are... Read more

You took money I never received and your customer service representative tells me that yiu guarantee I would pass because the college network gets the free study guides from the colleges and they build the study guide and sell it to the college network students for $ 450 a pop ! This discust me deeply ! I am still considering getting an attorney to get my debt cancelled or get the money that... Read more

Dont expect to ever get your money back once you finance your exam. I financed my exam fees. In this case when you request to take an exam you are supposed to call TCN and they send you your check. That took ten weeks to get that check with the assistance of a lawyer. When I got the check I was skeptical about putting it in y own personal banking account. I went to Chase bank to cash it and was... Read more

When I signed up for the classes back in 2012 I was also under the impression that I was signed up under Excelsior. My course analysis has the Excelsior name on it so I can understand why I would think that, however, when I rec'd a letter stating that my AP 1, AP2 and Microbiology would need to be retaken because they were more than 5 years old I thought would inquire. Unfortunately, I... Read more

Much like everyone else I am a angry consumer of The College Network. My story is much like everyone else. I enrolled at some point in my life which I thought was a great idea, however I was under the assumption that TCN was affiliated with Excelsior. I thought by signing up with TCN I was enrolling in Excelsior. Not once did I really take in everything that was being said to me because I was so... Read more
